Job Description Required :

1. Candidate should Trouble shooting for Broadband related issues.
2. Candidate should Setting up wireless connection on Laptops and Desktops.
3. Candidate should do Connectivity issues with ops Modem, Routers, Hubs and Switches.
4. Candidate should Dealing with network connectivity LAN , WAN and MAN
5. Candidate should Checking the exchange line issues / outages / fixing appointment with the technician at UK.
6. Candidate should Inbound Customer service, general information related to customers account/billing query etc.
7. Candidate should take Information related to customer order for new connection.

Skills :

1. Candidate should have excellent Communication Skills with neutral accent.
2. Candidate should Willing to Work in Night/ Rotational Shifts.
3. Candidate should have Basic knowledge of networking concepts required for broadband related to trouble shooting.

SALARY OFFERED : Rs 2-3.5 LPA
