3. Candidate should Adherence to process to ensure high quality and customer service.
4.  Candidate should follow escalation procedures for issues uncontrollable at agent level.
5. Candidate should handling and solving Customer problems.
6. Candidate should be flexible to work on Weekends and in a 24*7 environment.
