ELIGIBILITY REQUIRED :  B.Com/BBM preferably with MBA in Finance

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : 0-1.5 years

JOB WORKING LOCATION : Bangalore

Job Description :
  1. Candidate should handle simple queries from the users by meeting the Time and Accuracy targets as per the SLAs
  2. Candidate should Understand and analyse the issue raised by the users. Interact with users to get the required clarity wherever required. Provide resolution or else coordinate with other teams or team member s to get the resolution.
  3. Candidate should Understand the expectation from the business users on the level of Service.
Skills
  1. Candidate should have ability to understand and analyse the issues raised by the users
  2. Candidate should have ability to coordinate with multiple teams to ensure early resolution of issues
  3. Candidate should have excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  4. Candidate should have ability to multi-task
  5. Candidate should have ability to build effective relationships across different language/cultural and organizational styles.
  6. Candidate should be Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Word, Access and Excel
  7. Candidate should have Excellent written communication skills
