JOB DESIGNATION : Associate Analyst

Job Description :

1. Candidate should have to review functional specifications, Create technical Specification and develop ABAP/SAP technology based solutions.
2. Candidates have integrate testing, Performance testing and Regression testing of the solutions.
3. Candidates have to interface effectively with customers, vendors, and peers.
4. Candidates have understand the overall architecture of the solution.
5. Candidates have to work closely with US onsite IT / business user teams- as needed to triage/ trouble shoot Various production support escalations.
6. Candidates have to design, develop, code, and test complex programs for SAP modules and functions using ABAP programming language.
7. Candidates have to recognize the critical elements of complex application problems, develop and evaluate data, determine solutions, and make logical recommendations.

1. Candidates have good listening and influencing skills; a strong customer focus is a must.
2. Candidates have strong Analytical, Logical Reasoning and Problem Solving skills.
3. Candidates should be self Starter and willing to learn many new skills on the job.
4. Candidates work flexible hours as the job demands.
5. Candidates have good communication skills, both written and oral.
6. Candidates have strong in one of the programming languages (C/C++, Java, OO, ABAP)
7. Candidates also have strong in SDLC concepts, RDBMS concepts and SQL/PL-SQL, Data Structures.
8. Candidates have ability to multi-task and prioritize.
9. Candidates have ability to work within a matrix organization consisting of Business Unit, COE, consulting, and contract employees.
10. Candidates should have minimum 70% in aggregate throughout academics [ 10th , 12th , Engineering] and from 2014 & 2015 batch of BTech/BE(Computer Science / IT / Any IT Focus Branch).
11. Candidates who have worked on live projects during their summer training or B.E. / B. Tech projects will be preferred.
12. Candidates who have completed SAP ABAP Certification / Training from ATOS / Siemens / CDAC / from any SAP Training Partner will be preferred.
