Job Description :

1. Candidate should have to Diagnosis & resolving of the hardware problems and troubleshooting.
2. Candidate should have to applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
3. Candidate should have to verifies warranty entitlement and determines appropriate action.
4. Candidate should be responsible for providing telephone/email/chat and remote diagnostic technical support related to installation, operation, configuration, customization, performance, and usage of assigned products.
5. Candidate should have to provides basic remote deployment, maintenance and consulting services.
6. Candidate should perform documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation.
7. Candidate should have excellent communication skills in English.
8. Candidate should work in night shifts in a 24x7 environment.
