Job Description :

1. Candidates working at Technical Assistance Centre & Resolving network issues of Enterprise customers.
2. Candidates should have effective engagement with customer (written & verbal) & ensure Customer Satisfaction.
3. Candidates should have proactive involvement of Technical Leads / Management in resolving critical issues.
4. Candidates should write Tech documents covering best practices & Tshoot approaches for a product/issue.
5. Candidates have troubleshoot Level 1/2/3 network issues of enterprise customers (US/CAN region).
6. Candidates should have to achieve all the defined metrics & SLA.
