Skills and Eligibility Required :

1. Candidate should responsible for entering Customer/Vendor orders into the Client Order Entry applications.
2. Candidate should ensure all details match the Requisition/Purchase Order.
3. Candidate should ensure accuracy of order receipt dates, entry dates, quantities, billing units and any special instructions. Refer Management.
4. Candidate should responsible for following up on shipments from plant and follow/track shipments until customer receipt in destination country.
5. Candidate should work closely with Client Transportation team, 3PLs.CHAs,.
6.  Candidate should ensure accuracy of inspection dates, port destination dates, sailing/flight dates, port arrival dates, customs clearance dates, and customer warehouse receipt dates.
7. Candidate will be communicated to the CAA for communication to Customer.
