Skills and Eligibility Required :

1. Candidate should assign Inactive users accounts to active users by interacting with their respective managers.
2. Candidates should interact with various Sales Rep/Pole leaders to get the required data.
3. Candidates should also ensure that accounts entered in SFDC systems are linked/mapped to Parent accounts.
4. Candidate should validate customer accounts within SFDC systems.
5. Candidate should have to process and maintain HBS sales accounts.
6. Candidate should generating daily, weekly and monthly reports from SFDC.
7. Candidate should meet all the Business CTQ’s with minimal errors.
8. Candidate should be graduate in any discipline and basic MS EXCEL skills.
9. Candidate shouldhave excellent Communication Skills.
10. Candidate should have excellent Customer Service Skills.
11. Candidate should have experience of working on SFDC and HOOVERS tool will be an added advantage.
