Job Description :

1. Candidates should perform installing, Configuring Windows 98, Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP, Windows 7as clients.
2. Candidates should be configuration of Blackberry phones at Client site.
3. Candidates should be creating Profiles to users for customizing desktop settings.
4. Candidates should perform installation of client software like Microsoft Office, Java, various compilers etc.
5. Candidates should have to installed and configured various applications Software"s Like MS Office 2000/XP, MS Projects and MS outlook for mails access and, Internet Explorer.
6. Candidates should do desktop support up to Client Level including Hardware, Software and Networking Problems.
7. Candidates should also installed, configured and maintained the regular updates of Antivirus.
8. Candidates should have to do installed, Configured and Troubleshooting of various PC Hardware Components.
9. Candidates should outlook Configuration, Configuring & troubleshooting of LAN setup.
10. Candidates should also do installation & troubleshooting of Local and Network printer.
