Skills and Eligibility Required :

1. Candidate should provide pleasant and professional customer service and technical support to current and potential customers of Replicons product suite and related environment via telephone, FTP, remote dial-up connections and email.
2. Applying technology in multiple ways to configure the product and helping the customer implement Replicons products.
3. Candidate should have solid understanding of products limits and suggesting ways of improving the product.
4. Candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in software application support and/or infrastructure support.
5. Candidate should have good knowledge in Trouble shooting preferably IT application support.
6. Candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills.
7. Candidate should demonstrated superior customer service skills.
8. Candidate should have ability to adapt to new technology and work on the same.
