Job Description :

1. Candidate should be able to Monitor the IT Infra structure for its availability, capacity usage,hardware and OS errors and failures.
2. Candidate should timely escalation of incidents to higherlevels when required.
3. Log file monitoring for errors.
4. Candidate should perform daily, weekly andmonthly proactive housekeeping and monitoring activities Vendor co-ordination.
5. Candidate should perform basic Service Requests based on Standard Operating Procedures.
6. Candidate should responsible for providing support for troubleshooting requirements in the Engineering, Infrastructure service or Product/Package Implementation space.
7. Candidate should have desktop Support, Service Availability.
8. Infra Trouble shooting and Operations, Antivirus, CSAT.
