Job Description :

1. Candidate should Interact with customers to clarify report requirements.
2. Candidate should complete service requests for Payroll and resolve issues within service level agreements.
3. Candidate should accept accountability and generate action in resolving issues.
4. Candidate should support any special process requirements to meet client requests.
5. Candidate should Participate in process improvement initiatives.
6. Candidate should solve problems largely by precedent with referral to detailed instructions/procedures.
7. Candidate should maintaining highest level of accuracy during compensation related tasks.
8. Candidate should have leverage skills in SAP and other Payroll applications to assist in training other team members.
9. Candidate should prepare work schedules to ensure appropriate coverage.
10. Candidate should assist in monitoring workload.
11. Candidate should maintain all section of the Payroll LWIs and ensure process manuals are up to date.
12. Candidate should post and update Payroll policies and guidelines.
13. Candidate should draft communication as needed.
14. Candidate should work with onshore when there is a change in the Payroll process.
15. Candidate should have good verbal & written communication.
16. Candidate should have good analytical/logical thinking.
