- Candidate should have to install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2007 and any other authorised desktop applications.
- Candidate should have to install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorised peripheral equipment.Candidate should have ability to creatively apply technology to solve customer problems.
- Candidate should have communication/ Presentation Skill Good-Oral and Written Communication -Must.
- Candidate must be Individual Contributor Preferred & Able to operate with Minimal Supervision.
- Candidate must be good listener and speaker.
- Candidate should able to maintain professional demeanour under stress- Must.
- Candidate should have planning and organising skills. Able to manage time effectively, set priorities appropriately, schedule tickets.
- Candidate should restoration is beyond the scope of the Deskside Support he/she should escalate the issue/problem to Site Lead/ Operation Manager for proper support from tier 2/3 support groups/teams.
- Candidate should have quality Management & Customer satisfaction- Perform quality work on all service requests/incidents/tasks assigned.
- Candidate should have to develop trends by monitoring and analysing incoming calls, problems and support requests.
- Candidate should have requesting and coordinating for vendor support, Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical issues within the desktop/IT environment.
- Candidate should have IMAC-Assist in user/hardware movement, Responsible for tracking hardware and software inventory.
