Job Description :

1. Candidate should managing customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving service quality norms.
2. Candidate should maintaining cordial relations with customers to sustain of the profitability in the business.
3. Candidate should Building & maintaining healthy business relations with major clientele, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norm, and ensuring retention of business.
4. Candidate should have Overall Accountable for Client Management.
5. Candidate should have to receive and respond to Key customer inquiries in an effective manner and provide relevant and timely information.
6. Candidate should have to visit the Key customers.
7. Candidate should have to maintain daily MIS, Records and Documentation pertaining to Key accounts.
8. Candidate should analyzing of all operational problems, customer complaints and take preventive and corrective actions to resolve the same.
9. Candidate should have good communication & Interpersonal skill.
10. Candidate should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
11. Candidate should be graduate, MBA's can be preferred.
12. Candidate should confident enough to interact with HNI customers.
