Job Description :

1. Candidate should clearfy the standards for outlet are material and branding.
2. Candidate should train related employees about the standard outlet's appearance.
3. Candidate should check the image and give feedback and comment.
4. Candidate should do marketing research base on the market demands to know customer's favorable brands.
5. Candidate should make and imply a good branding plan in accordance with outlet's requests and assess the outcome.
6. Candidate should pay close attention to competiting brands' trend and branding methods and make some improvement accordingly.
7. Candidate should coordinate and communicate with other departments, assess the material demand and design the material.
8. Candidate should imform the material guy to place the order and record the file to HO.
9. Candidate should track the material and advertisement and distribute to the related dept.
10. Candidate should check the used material's stock and keep it on file and manage it well when using.
11. Material used in activity needs to comply with company's standards.
12. Candidate should order necessary material base on the actual activity demand.
13. Candidate should analyze the sales situation and the cooperation between different areas to decide whether to do activity or not.
14. Candidate should make and imply outlet's activity plan and then track the feedback.
15. Candidate should plan and make activity procedure form and assistant all the sales managers and team leaders for arranging the activity staff reasonably on site.
16. Candidate should make sure the activity goes well.
