Job Description :

1. Freshers / experienced in Any graduates can apply.
2. Candidate should have excellent communication skills, willing to work in a 24*7 environment.
3. Candidate should have basic knowledge of Trouble shooting.
4. Candidate should have good Knowledge on Operating systems, Hardware, Networking and MS Applications.
5. Candidate should have multi-tasking and co-ordination skills.
6. Well versed with Technology (understanding of networks, monitoring, AD, Windows).
7. Candidate should have good Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite( word, Excel, Outlook etc.).
8. Show willingness to learn new technologies.
9. Preference for candidates from corporate environment with ITIL, SLA.
10. Candidate should have excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide effective solutions.
11. CCNA certification would be an added advantage.
12. Candidate should have service desk experience would be an added advantage.
