Job Description :

1. Candidate should handle customer requests with the support of clearly defined scripts and processes.
2. Adhere to the Service Level Agreements specified by the client / process.
3. Candidate should ensure adherence to time schedules.
4. Candidate should have the authority to release and verify funds across a variety of systems used by the department.
5. Candidate should deal with customers and may be required to identify, log and escalate complaints and resolve queries by tracking them internally and escalate upwards if necessary.
6. Candidate should responsible for the management of own daily workload, to ensure telephone enquiries / queries are dealt with in an efficient and knowledgeable manner to meet the demands of the business grades of service.
7. Candidate should ensuring that all unresolved cases / queries are allocated to the respective areas.
8. Candidate should responsible for identifying potential loss situations promptly escalating to the relevant areas to minimize the risk to the business and the customer.
9. Adhere to organizational wide information security policies and procedures.
10. Candidate should assist Team Manager / Process Expert in administration of the section, including organizing workflow, queue management and query resolution.
11. Candidate should have effective communication skills.
12. Active listening skills.
13. Candidate should have minimum B2 12 English Language Fluency (CEF).
14. Candidate should have high customer focus and ability to address customer needs effectively.
15. Candidate should have ability to work in shifts.
16. MS Office Applications (preferably, Excel, word & PowerPoint).
