4. Candidate should highlight issues preventing colleagues from offering the best efficiency and customer experience.
5. Candidate should record every call listened to and clearly note associated feedback.
6. Candidate should plan and prioritise workload to manage deadlines.
7. Candidate should produce reports and analyse data.
8. Candidate should delivering feedback through coaching.
9. Candidate should have excellent communication and listening skills.
10. A passion for excellent customer service.
11. A passion for helping people develop and progress.
12. Candidate should have excellent time management skills.
13. Candidate should have good written and verbal skills.
14. Candidate should have good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

18. Candidate should have should be a Graduate with at least 2-5 Years of International BPO Voice process experience.

20. Candidate should have experience in Quality management or International Voice Process as Senior Associate.
21. Candidate should have working experience with UK customers will be an added advantage.
