2. Candidate should managing complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing best talent to the company within set timelines.
3. Candidate should co-ordinate with Candidates and HR.
4. Candidate should  scheduling Interviews and Follow ups with candidates.
5. Sourcing & Screening of candidates through Job Portals, Mail Blasting, professional sites, networking, head hunting and Self-Data Bank.
6. Candidate should  arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening of the candidates/ helping in recruitment processes.
7. Candidate should communicating with all candidates on a regular basis.
8. Candidate should maintain contact with the offered candidates till their joining and so on.
9. Go Getter with never give up attitude.
10. Candidate should Self-Motivated & Target Oriented.
11. Candidate should flexible and Courage to challenge his / her own ability to deliver under pressure.
12. Candidate should good in PR & Networking.
