Skills and Eligibility Required :

1. Candidate should troubleshooting of dell laptops.
2. Candidate should responsible for providing telephone/email/chat and remote diagnostic technical support related to installation, operation, configuration, customization, performance, and usage of assigned products.
3. Candidate should diagnosis & resolving of the hardware problems and troubleshooting.
4. Candidate should verifies warranty entitlement and determines appropriate action.
5. Candidate should applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
6. Documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation.
7. Candidate should provides basic remote deployment, maintenance and consulting services.
8. Candidate should  be open to work in night shifts in a 24x7 environment.
9. Candidate should have excellent communication skills in English.
