Job & Skills Description :

1. Candidate should develops, implements, and maintains computer-based systems to meet business requirements.
2. Application Developers analyze, design, construct, train, and implement application systems.
3. Activities include documenting decisions, adhering to standards and communicating with business groups.
4. Other responsibilities may include providing standards/guidelines for development, responding to customer/client requests or events as they occur, and developing solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.
5. Candidate should possess a Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Management/Systems or related field.
6. Candidate should have 2+ years of development experience in backend / DB development skill.
7. Candidate should have strong SQL experience on MS SQL server or other relational database technologies.
8. Candidate should have good problem solving skills - ability to troubleshoot issues, find root cause, recommend & apply solutions.
9. Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, influencing and interpersonal skills.
10. Agility and creativity.
11. Candidate should have ability to work well and collaborate with others to achieve high quality results.
12. Candidate should have prior Experience in development with ASP.NET, VB.NET, or C# is a plus.
