Skills and Eligibility Required :

1. Candidate should managing and Maintaining the whole IT Infrastructure System.
2. Candidate should have fundamental knowledge of Networks.
3. Candidate should expertise in Technical troubleshooting, Windows & Servers monitoring, Active Directory, Incident Management, Ticketing tools.
4. Candidate should have experience on Production UNIX, Windows Servers and Networking Concepts.
5. Candidate should responsible for Hardware Monitoring, Network Monitoring, Backup Monitoring etc.
6. Candidate should working on servers and monitoring tool like AS 400, IBM Tivoli, HP Ovo.
7. Candidate should exposure to any monitoring/ticketing tool, VERITAS Netback up and Backup Exec.
8. Candidate should responsible for activities relating to the evaluation, analysis, and setup of PC-based software products (e.g., word processors, spreadsheets, presentation graphics, database management systems, electronic mail, and communications).
9. Candidate should troubleshoot client software and basic network connectivity problems.
10. Candidate should provide all required documentation including standards, configurations and diagrams.
11. Windows Operating systems.
12. Clients: Windows7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000.
13. Servers: Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows 2008.
14. Candidate should have knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange 2003/2007.
15. ITSM ticketing tools such as Remedy, HP Service Center, Peregrine Service Center.
16. User account creation for Active Directory, Exchange Mailboxes, Distribution lists etc.
17. Remote desktop connectivity applications like SMS, Bomgar, WebEx, Live Meeting, and Windows Native tools.
18. MS Office Suite (XP, 2003, 2007): MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Outlook, MS Project, and MS Visio.
19. Internet browsers (e.g. Explorer, Chrome, Firefox).
20. VPN and remote dial-in users.
