Job Description :
  1. Candidate should exhibit an excellent standard of customer care in all communications, striving to deliver a world-class support experience.
  2. Candidate should exhibit the communication skills necessary to provide assistance to remote users, via Live Chat, telephone and email.
  3. Candidate should conduct all duties in line with policies, processes and procedures.
  4. Candidate should provide first line IT support to users for Incidents and Requests, resolving incidents and completing requests according to agreed targets and SLAs.
  5. Candidate should solve incidents using either documented solutions in the Knowledge Base or using troubleshooting skills to identify the cause and resolve the issue.
  6. Candidate should accurately perform administrative tasks, for both technical and business systems and services.
  7. Candidate should provide advice and guidance to users on good practice for the use of IT equipment.
  8. Candidate should support documentation maintenance as required.
  9. Candidate should contribute to growing and maintaining the Knowledge Base and Self Help articles for users.
  10. Candidate should undertake any tasks and duties as required by management.
  11. Candidate should Identifying improvement opportunities and highlighting them to management where applicable.
  12. Candidate should identify themes of incidents, contributing to proactive Problem Management to remove the root cause of a recurring issue.
  13. Candidate should have excellent English oral and written communication skills.
  14. Candidate should confidence in liaising with users irrespective of nationality.
  15. Candidate should have excellent attention to detail and the ability to capture data accurately.
  16. Candidate should have working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include excellent knowledge of Outlook.
  17. Candidate should have ability to troubleshoot situations where there is no clear process step.
  18. Candidate should have good interpersonal skills able to work confidently with all levels of staff including senior management.
  19. Candidate should have ability to learn new skills quickly and operate with limited supervision.
  20. Candidate should have basic knowledge of Active Directory.
  21. Well-presented person with a service orientation.
  22. Candidate should have ability to work within time and resource constraints.
  23. Candidate should calm and flexible approach to work.
  24. Candidate should be customer focused and highly professional.
  25. Candidate should have demonstrable successful experience in working with customers/users.
  26. Candidate should flexible attitude to working unsociable hours as dictated by the needs of the business Hours of work will be on a shift rota basis covering 18/5 (supporting Europe and India based users) and moving to 24/5 later in 2015.
