3. Candidate should have minimum 1yr experience in desktop support with good experience on Outlook/lotusnote.
4. Candidate should have to perform user account creation, deletion, and configuration.
5. Candidate should have basic troubleshooting experience needed along with knowledge on the Operating System.
6. Candidates should have hands on experience or knowledge on Ticketing tools.
7. Candidate should have to configuring and Trouble shooting of MS OUTLOOK/lotus note-To solve the technical problems remotely.
8. Candidate should have knowledge of Software Installation.
9. Candidate should be troubleshooting the Hardware and Software problems.
