JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS :

1. Business to business (B2B) calling and setting appointments from lists provided.
2. To call a predetermined contact number of prospective clients and introduce them to the ideas & concepts being offered by the company.
3. Set up an appointment for meeting or call between the potential customer and a member of the sales representatives.
4. Demonstrates exceptional customer service and ability to react quickly to what the person being called is saying.
5. Creative use of resources to generate appointments and leads for the sales team.
6. Candidate should have excellent Communication Skills with good spoken and written English.
7. A self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Impeccable attention to detail.
9. Candidate should have ability to organize and prioritize work.
10. Candidate should Strong desire to learn, grow and succeed.
11. Go Getter attitude.
12. Phone-based selling / lead gen / collection / retentions experience with proven track record of success.
