For Freshers

1. Fresh B.Com, B.Sc, BA, BHM graduates (2014-2015 batch only) with good academics.
2. Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Candidates should have good decision making skills.
4. Candidates should have knowledge on Internet Application, MS-Word and MS-Excel will have an added advantage.
5. Candidates should have extremely service oriented with willingness to learn new things.
6. Willingness to work in late night shifts.

For Laterals

1. Candidates should have 1 to 5 year of experience in providing Customer Services / Back office operations.
2. Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Candidates should have good analytical skills.
4. Candidates should have extremely good in service oriented with willingness to learn new things.
5. Candidates with good knowledge of Internet Application, MS-Word and MS-Excel will have an added advantage.
6. Willing to work in different time zones/late night shifts.
