JOB DESCRIPTION :
  1. Candidate should research and investigate escalated customer claims resulting in a credit.
  2. Main responsibility is to respond to the customers' demands via phone calls and e-mail in a polite and efficient manner.
  3. Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
  4. Candidate should review and resolve complex credit problems through investigation and analysis of credit information.
  5. Issues typically originate from customers initiating and crediting themselves due to issues with orders.
  6. Acts as the Companies point person on day-to-day activities to determine appropriate resolution of disputes; if collections is deemed the appropriate resolution of disputes, the incumbent will forward to all information to A/R for implementation of the collections process of past due accounts.
  7. Candidate should process credit memo when applicable.
  8. Candidate should process/Issue return authorizations to customers as requested.
  9. Candidate should determining the cause of the issue and preparing reports on the status of all disputes.
  10. Candidate should perform all necessary data entry for processing the resolution of the dispute.
  11. Candidate should suggest and recommend process changes to eliminate future disputes of a similar nature.
  12. Candidate should have the ability to communicate with customers regarding the status of accounts receivable and related credits in a professional, courteous and prompt manner.
  13. Candidate should establish and maintain goals of resolution within required business policies.
  14. B.Com / BA Graduate.
  15. Candidate should have excellent Computer Skills.
  16. Candidate should have experience as credit , return and Dispute will be preferred.
  17. Candidate should have excellent communicational abilities, oral taking into account the fact that they will have to deal with the Internal customers and in write due to the fact that they will have to prepare all the paperwork related to the daily activities.
