JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS :

1. Candidate should have identifying potential candidates, sourcing them through the existing database, Job Boards(Like Naukri, Monster , etc), Referrals, Social Media (Like Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, etc).
2. Candidate should have ability to head hunt, conduct company mapping and leverage referencing to close niche/leadership positions.
3. Candidate should independently manage recruitment for an account/geography.
4. Managing the Internet-based recruitment process.
5. Candidate should co-ordinate / liaison with Recruitment Agencies, Institutions.
6. Candidate should presenting job opportunities to qualified candidates.
7. Preliminary screening of candidates to ensure that they meet the requirement.
8. Candidate should conducting skills testing, interviews, reference checks and background investigations.
9. Good with Documentation.
10. Candidate should scheduling interviews, feedback and follow-up.
11. Candidate should planning and strategizing for project specific recruitment within defined time frames.
12. Churn and implement specific recruitment strategies in conjunction with the overall recruitment strategy for the company.
13. Contribute to creating an organizational image, which would help in attracting and recruiting the best talent.
