1. Candidate should have a creative thinker with ideas to spare and designs to share.

4. Candidate should have a highly-skilled developer in Java to tackle whatever software problems come your way .

7. Candidate from B.E in Computer Science or equivalent degree or combination of experience.
8. Candidate should have 2+ years of experience in Java based web application development.

10. Candidate should have wxperience with any UI framework. Strong preference to ExtJS.
11. Candidate should have strong programming skills in Core Java and web based technologies.
12. Expertise in Java/J2ee technologies such as JSP, Servlet, JDBC, Struts, Spring, Hibernate is a must.
13. Candidate must be very good in database concepts, algorithms and design patterns.
