1. Candidate should achieve set targets on a month on month basis, delivery of volumes, IRR, Fee.
2. Candidate should ensure that channel partners cross sell as above.
3. Candidate should maintain effective relationship with channel partners.
4. Candidate should conduct business in a manner to maintain operational, process and regulatory compliance and also ensure quality is maintained.
5. Candidate should build & maintain relationship with the prospective client.
6. Candidate should maintain high levels of service quality in the location; provide solutions in case of customer query.
