1. Candidate have to perform user account creation, deletion, and configuration.
2. Candidates should have basic troubleshooting experience needed along with knowledge on the Operating System.
3. Candidates should have hands on experience or knowledge on Ticketing tools.
4. Candidate have good Communication Skills is must.
5. Candidates should be open to work in 24*7shifts environments.
6. Candidates have minimum 1yr experience in desktop support with good experience on Outlook/lotusnote.
7. Candidate should have comfortable for 24*7 shift. no transportation facility.
8. Candidate should be good in terms of communication as its for one of the international customer.
9. Candidate should have all the set of documents for the companies worked-Offer letter, salary slip, Experience letter.
