1. Candidate should perform sourcing & Screening of candidates through Job Portals, Mail Blasting, professional sites, networking, head hunting.
2. Candidate should perform employee References and Self-Data Bank.
3. Candidate should be arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening of the candidates/ helping in recruitment processes.
4. Candidate should be communicating with all candidates on a regular basis.
5. Candidate should maintain contact with the offered candidates till their joining and so on.
6. Candidate should manage Vendors.
7. Candidate should be managing complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing best talent to the company within set timelines.
8. Candidate should be handling End-End Sourcing activities of the Company at Pan India level.
9. Candidate should be scheduling Interviews and Follow ups with candidates.
