JOB DESCRIPTION :
  1. Candidates should have to respond to user escalations and engage functional escalation and service delivery management as required.
  2. Candidates should have responsible for escalating Incidents and User Service Requests within their organization to drive resolution.
  3. Candidates should have to manage major incident bridge as needed.
  4. Candidates should have participate in incident management meetings with customer and internal teams.
  5. Candidates should have to identify and drive process improvements.
  6. Candidates should have to monitoring of tickets and taking the actions necessary to meet service targets.
  7. Candidates should have good communication skills (written & verbal).
  8. Candidates should have good understanding of ITIL processes.
  9. Candidates should have central Communication point for Major Incidents. Willing to work in 24/7 shift.
