Skills and Eligibility Required :

1. Candidate should ensure that the look and feel of the store is as per guidelines/standards.
2. Candidate should track efficient Cash handling; prevent shoplifting / ensure safety and security.
3. Candidate should do visual merchandising as per plan / guidelines.
4. Candidate should do inventory and stock management to prevent stock-outs or excess Inventory.
5. Candidate should perform KPI reporting as per guidelines and on-time.
6. Candidate should be accountable for clearing store for formal launch as per pre-defined procedure across dimensions (e.g. manpower/ furniture & fittings/ IT/ device inventory).
7. Candidate should manage closure of current store during refit & conversion.
8. Candidate should have to achieve the target on conversion from the walk in customers in terms of Sales from new acquisitions & up-sell.
9. Candidate should ensure required MIS & tracking at CRO levels.
10. Candidate should manage Store expenses are as per plan.
11. Candidate should provide suggestions /feedback to improve store productivity.
