JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. Candidates should have minimum 2 years of experience into providing L2 Support.
2. Candidates should perform user account creation, deletion, and configuration.
3. Candidates should have basic troubleshooting experience needed along with knowledge on the Operating System.
4. Candidates should have hands on experience or knowledge on Ticketing tools.
5. Candidates should have good Communication Skills is must.
6. Candidates should be open to work in 24*7shifts environments.
7. Candidates should have minimum 3yr experience in desktop support with good experience on Outlook/lotusnote.
8. Candidates should be good in terms of communication as its for one of the international customer.
9. Candidate should be comfortable for 24*7 shift. no transportation facility.
