Overall 4-7 years of total work experience in automation projects using macros, MS access database VBA script design, designing macros which can work on mainframe systems|Experience in handling in house automation projects using Excel, MS access Database and Mainframe systems|Candidate should be expert on MS Excel and MS Access and mainframe systems|The person will be responsible for managing process automation programs|Initiatives are viewed by senior management as critical enhancements needed to increase productivity, reduce cost and improve customer experience|Ensure Customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of queries. Provide solutions in cases of problem scenarios|Enhance and administer Automation tools developed.
