1. Sourcing and Screening the candidates as per client requirements.
2. Candidate should developing and managing Candidate pool.
3. Candidate should attracting new candidates via networking, internal database, job portals, references.
4. Candidate should maintaining call cycles for selected pool of candidates.
5. Candidate should maintaining relationships with both sourced and placed Candidates.
6. Candidate Management during recruitment process and after selection.
7. Candidate should monitor online portals and incoming emails for new job opportunities.
8. Candidate should arranging interviews, preparing candidates for interview, taking client and candidate feedback.
