EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :  1 - 3 Years

JOB WORKING LOCATION : Gurgaon

Job Description :

1. Candidate should have communication/ Presentation Skill Good-Oral and Written Communication -Must.
2. Candidate must be Individual Contributor Preferred & Able to operate with Minimal Supervision.
3. Candidate must be good listener and speaker.
4. Candidate should maintain professional demeanour under stress- Must.
5. Candidate should have planning and organising skills. Able to manage time effectively, set priorities appropriately, schedule tickets.
6. Candidate should take ownership and responsibility of queries, issues, problems and tasks assigned within the team/s.
7. Candidate should have excellent understanding and hands-on of MS Office, Excel, Power point.
8. Candidate should diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of Windows applications and networking problems to help minimize any downtime.
9. Candidate should understanding of Ticket Process - Incident /Service Request Preferred Understanding to Coordinate with Vendor/ Principle.
10. Candidate should responsible for monitoring, operating, managing, troubleshooting and restoring to service any terminal service client, desktop or laptops that has authorized access to the network.
11. When the restoration is beyond the scope of the Deskside Support he/she should escalate the issue/problem to Site Lead/ Operation Manager for proper support from tier 2/3 support groups/teams.
12. Quality Management & Customer satisfaction- Perform quality work on all service requests/incidents/tasks assigned.
13. Candidate should develop trends by monitoring and analyzing incoming calls, problems and support requests.
