- Candidate should have communication/ Presentation Skill Good-Oral and Written Communication -Must.
- Candidate must be Individual Contributor Preferred & Able to operate with Minimal Supervision.

- Candidate should maintain professional demeanour under stress- Must.
- Candidate should have planning and organising skills. Able to manage time effectively, set priorities appropriately, schedule tickets.
- Candidate should take ownership and responsibility of queries, issues, problems and tasks assigned within the team/s.
- Candidate should have excellent understanding and hands-on of MS Office, Excel, Power point.
- Candidate should diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of Windows applications and networking problems to help minimize any downtime.
- Candidate should understanding of Ticket Process - Incident /Service Request Preferred Understanding to Coordinate with Vendor/ Principle.
- Candidate should responsible for monitoring, operating, managing, troubleshooting and restoring to service any terminal service client, desktop or laptops that has authorized access to the network.
- When the restoration is beyond the scope of the Deskside Support he/she should escalate the issue/problem to Site Lead/ Operation Manager for proper support from tier 2/3 support groups/teams.
- Quality Management & Customer satisfaction- Perform quality work on all service requests/incidents/tasks assigned.
- Candidate should develop trends by monitoring and analyzing incoming calls, problems and support requests.
