Job Description :

1. Candidate should be responsible for validation and approval of journals.
2. Candidates responsible for review and attestation of reconciliations.
3. Candidates are also responsible for smooth month end closure.
4. Candidates take ownership for improvement projects and collaborate with the clients to improve service delivery.
5. Candidates act as a first point of escalation for the offshore team and ensures timely response to emails and escalation; Escalates issues pro-actively to the client team to ensure Zero Surprises.
6. Candidate should have document all the pain areas \ issues in the Issue log and ensure timely completion.
7. Candidates responsible for effective people management and appraisals.
8. Candidates proactively review teams performance to exceed client KPI's.
9. Candidates have experience in running projects collaboratively with the clients involving multiple stakeholders.Rave/OC/Inform).
10. Candidate should be responsible for service delivery for a region/country with responsibility to manage a team of 20- 30 FTEs.
