Job Description :

1. Candiudate will be responsible for supporting all activities related to the Enterprise SharePoint environment operations, maintenance, and improvement.
2. Candidate should configure and maintain all SharePoint services on servers.
3. Candidate should actively participate in the testing and quality assurance process.
4. Candidate will develop and maintain the structure of standards, policies, and procedures related to the Enterprise SharePoint environment.
5. Candidate should accountable for incident and problem management by ensuring incidents and problems from all business units are resolved quickly.
6. Candidate will be the primary contact for client issues and status updates of incidents related to the Enterprise SharePoint environment.
7. Candidate should meet with the business units to determine the business requirements for maintaining and improving the SharePoint environment.
8. Candidate should have strong analytical, good problem solving skills and should be able to handle the team.
9. Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
