JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. Candidate should able to operate PC based programs in a Windows environment.
2. Candidate should takes initiative to lead and supports team members in dealing with change.
3. Candidate should uses up-to-date technical knowledge, skills and experience to effectively perform jobs and contribute to the success of the department.
4. Candidate should maximizes productivity levels while providing world class Client service.
5. Candidate should displays effective problem solving skills.
6. Candidate should demonstrates effective use of soft skills – listening, probing and questioning.
7. Candidate should have excellent communication skills with neutral accent.
8. Candidate should flexibility to work in shifts.
9. Candidate should responsible in solving Network related issues to Clients either through call or mail.
