JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS
  1. Candidate must have total work experience of 59 years in the Finance and Accounts Background and 3-5 years relevant experience.
  2. Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Candidate must have proven track record of working in the similar domain financial call centre support, etc.
  4. Candidate should have ability to comprehend the queries and provide appropriate response in a challenging environment.
  5. Candidate should comply with all AP policies and procedures.
  6. Candidate should have ability to research, analyze and resolve invoice exceptions.
  7. Candidate should provide expert advice to resolve incoming queries via phone or email.
  8. Proficient working with Microsoft Office tools.
  9. Candidate should evaluate inquiries and review for repetition.
  10. Candidate should ensure timely and accurate process of AP Helpdesk inquiries within the agreed time.
  11. Candidate should record all inquiries in the helpdesk solution and/or assign internally created tickets to the appropriate team member.
  12. Candidate should research the inquiries, update the ticket, reply or call the vendor back with the appropriate information and close the ticket.
  13. Candidate should communicate with vendors, internal customers or AP team members or business unit as required to ensure accurate resolution.
  14. Candidate should performs a variety of tasks and projects as necessary.
  15. Candidate should have experience in SAP Preferred.
  16. Willing to work in Night shifts.
